Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Pristine's story began in 1999, when its founder Rachid Lachaal started working as a cleaner. He quickly realised that the cleaning companies he was working for did not have the care and passion for cleaning that he did. Starting with a handful of cleaning materials he started L&B Cleaning, building up the business from his home. His one aim was to deliver exceptional service. Shona, his partner soon followed, giving up her career in the bank, L&B soon became Pristine Contract Cleaning Services Ltd.

 

"We quickly built up a stable client base through word of mouth. Our reputation for delivering a reliable and quality service allowed us to expand, whilst always maintaining our high standards.

 

We care about listening to our clients and understanding their needs and preferences. We care about providing a customised service that meets their expectations. Ultimately we want to build long-term relationships with our clients and the best way to do that is to deliver a high quality, reliable service that clients are happy with.

 

Although our team has expanded to meet the demands of our growing client base, we continue to be a family-run company and we place the same importance and values when hiring new employees as we do when taking on new clients. It is our personal touch and attention to detail that sets us apart and every team member needs to be able to deliver that level of service to clients.
