Shona has all the passion and dedication that you would expect from someone who has built their business from the ground up.  When she met her now husband Rachid, he was already working in the cleaning industry and was impressed by her passion for cleanliness as well as her entrepreneurial flair. While Shona continued to work in her bank job, Rachid set up L&B Cleaning.  Shona later gave up her career in the bank to work alongside him and L&B became Pristine Contract Cleaning Services Ltd. Having started small, personally handling every cleaning job, Shona's strong work ethic has enabled her to grow Pristine into a thriving business with a team of skilled and motivated cleaning professionals. Almost three decades later Shona has the same unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. She believes in a hands on approach and her genuine care and concern for delivering the best possible service to her clients is evident in everything she does.

When Shona is not busy in the office or visiting sites, she can be found pounding the pavements as she is a avid marathon runner and loves outdoor bootcamps.
